1) You must be at least 18 years of age

2) Take Course I – 30 hours on the principles of Real Estate ($259)

3) Take the optional 15 hour pre-license exam class ($ 99)

4) Take and pass your license exam ($ 75)

5) Take Course II – 30 hours on real estate practices ($259)

6) Take Course III – 30 hours of more real estate best practices ($259)

7) Take your materials down to the Department of Commerce to Apply!
